The U.S. Patent 3,942,688 marking is useful for identifying the dispenser's production design, although the patent number alone does not establish its exact manufacturing year.

Original packaged examples are particularly interesting to collectors who enjoy preserving vintage PEZ dispensers alongside their original advertising graphics, candy packaging, and promotional activities.

3. Condition Description

Condition: Vintage Sealed Package – Packaging Shows Age and Wear

This vintage Disney Pluto PEZ dispenser remains enclosed in its original PEZ Candy packaging with candy rolls visible inside.

The blue and yellow plastic wrapper displays noticeable wrinkling, creasing, surface scuffing, and general storage wear. The clear plastic window has wrinkles and distortions, and the rear paper insert shows discoloration and visible marks, including a blue ink-like mark over part of the printed maze activity.

The Pluto dispenser appears to retain its yellow-orange head, black ears, and red stem. No obvious broken pieces are visible through the packaging, although the dispenser has not been removed for closer inspection or testing.

The original candy rolls are included but are vintage and not intended for consumption.

Please review all photographs carefully, as they show the actual item being offered. Only the items pictured are included.
