Witch D is now retired after being introduced in the 1991 Halloween Series. This is the version of the Witch Pez that was featured in an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer! The first ones released had no copyright on the head. The copyright PEZ 1971 was added in around 1994. This Witch D Pez with no copyright comes in original poly bag package.
