Meet Muskrat – G.I. Joe's Swamp Fighter

Muskrat, whose real name is Ross A. Williams, is the G.I. Joe team's swamp fighter.

Growing up in the swamps of Louisiana, Muskrat developed exceptional survival skills, becoming familiar with the challenging terrain, wildlife, and environmental conditions of wetland regions.

His background made him particularly well suited for reconnaissance missions, jungle operations, and combat assignments in swampy terrain.

Muskrat joined the G.I. Joe team as a specialist capable of navigating environments where conventional military equipment and tactics could prove less effective.

First released as an action figure in 1988, Muskrat became part of the popular G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero collection, a toy series remembered for its detailed characters, imaginative military equipment, and extensive fictional universe.
