Vintage Moo Cow plastic creamer by Whirley Industries of Warren Pennsylvania. The creamer stands 6-inches tall and holds 10-ounces of liquid and has floral design on front. The cow's head comes off that allows the refill of the cream. These were made between 1972 to 1980.
