Vintage 1988 plastic mini disc featuring the Trash Clan. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation created the Trash Clan to educate kids on not littering on the roads. The disc is 4-inches across and resembles a drink lid with slots underneath that you would insert straw but not on top.
